Boys JV Highlights (11.09.2025)

Boys’ JV Hockey did not play Stevenson on Saturday due to a scheduling change, but hosted Carmel Catholic on Sunday and won 6-2. The Friars were down early, but poured on a fantastic 3rd period attack to seal another win. Chris Murphy (3G) had a hat trick, with additional goals from Ryan Dine (2G) and Peter Hayes. Nick Lotito (2A), Peter McFadden (2A), Matthew Draz, Dominic Naples, Cooper Rockey, and Lucas White contributed assists. Netminder Koren Switzer stood tall in net with several huge 2nd and 3rd period saves while the game was still undecided. JV looks to continue their momentum with upcoming contests against Marist on Thursday November 13 at 8:10pm at Morgan Park Sports Center, against Mt. Carmel on Friday November 14 at 8:30pm at Ridgeland, and against New Trier on Sunday November 16 at 7:20pm at North Shore Ice Arena.
